Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern the use of futurestrategypr.com and the advisory services delivered by Futurestrategypr Advisory Group, LLC ('the Firm'). By accessing the site or requesting a service you fully accept these Terms.
1. Nature of the service
The Firm is a private advisory center, independent of any government agency. We provide guidance, file preparation and administrative follow-up, but we do not guarantee the approval of any benefit; that decision lies solely with the competent agency.
2. Eligibility and accuracy
To use our services you must be 18 or older, a resident of Puerto Rico or the United States, and provide truthful information. Misrepresentation may result in service suspension and, where applicable, notification of authorities.
3. Fees and payments
The initial consultation is free. Subsequent services are invoiced according to a signed engagement proposal. We accept ACH transfers, ATH Móvil Business and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx). Fees do not include applicable IVU taxes.
4. Confidentiality
The Firm protects the information you share under strict professional confidentiality, in line with administrative best practices and local data protection laws.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, images, logo, code) belongs to Futurestrategypr Advisory Group, LLC or its licensors. Reproduction in whole or in part without written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The Firm acts with professional diligence. We are not liable for (i) administrative decisions made by third parties; (ii) legislative changes after the service is delivered; (iii) indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel the service at any time by written notice. We refund the proportional value of the service not yet delivered, minus the expenses actually incurred.
8. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Disputes will be submitted to the San Juan courts, subject to mandatory prior mediation.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms. We will publish the updated version on the site. Continued use of the site or services implies acceptance of the new Terms.
